Bylaws

Fundación Escultor Daniel is a private cultural foundation governed by articles of organisation and the applicable Spanish legislation.

The Foundation is a legal person by virtue of the organisation’s registration in the La Rioja Foundation Register and is therefore granted full legal standing and privileges in accordance with the Autonomous Community of La Rioja Law 1/2007 of 12 February on foundations.. The Foundation’s assets and mission are dedicated to fulfilling the culturally-focused, not-for-profit aims described in its bylaws.
