Bylaws

Fundación Escultor Daniel is a private cultural foundation governed by its articles of organisation and the applicable Spanish legislation.

The Foundation is a legal person by virtue of the organisation’s registration in the La Rioja Foundation Register and is therefore granted full legal standing and privileges in accordance with the autonomous community’s Law 1/2007 of 12 February on foundations within the autonomous community of La Rioja. The Foundation’s assets and mission are dedicated to fulfilling the culturally-focused, not-for-profit aims described in its bylaws.
